Strongly recommend car-pooling and parking attendant to keep roadway clear
and to oversee parking in meadow.

  If rentals are not full day, other reservations may be scheduled on same day.

Extras:

·         Security deposit:  $100 for up to 50 people; $200 for 50 – 200 people

·         Portapotties required for 50 or more people

·         Total or any outstanding balance must be paid before event date

·         Refund for cancellation will be given if at least four weeks prior to the event.
