Kate McAleer is an owner and founder of Bixby & Co., an artisan confectionary producer located in Rockland, Maine. She studied at New York University and the Institute of Culinary Education in New York City. Since co-founding Bixby in 2011, she has won several awards and fellowships for entrepreneurs in Maine.
